Built around the student

Know what’s due, what’s done, and what needs attention.

The development preview is testing read-only tools that turn user-authorized Google Classroom information into a more useful daily plan.

01

Assignment tracking

See work across active classes in one consistent place, including due dates and submitted, missing, or returned status.

02

Smart daily priorities

Turn assignment dates and status into a clear next-up list, with fewer distractions and less visual noise.

03

Grade tracking

Review returned grades alongside each assignment and understand progress across classes over time.

Clear priorities, visible progress, and a low-distraction layout can help any learner—and are designed with executive-function challenges, including ADHD, in mind.

One school day, fewer tabs

A clearer layer across the tools school already uses.

Our goal is a single, permission-based dashboard across learning, student information, communication, email, and calendar systems. Connections are introduced carefully and are clearly labeled by status.

Planned

Canvas

A future connection for assignments, course activity, and grades—with user or school authorization.

Planned

Aeries

A future connection for student-information and grade context where supported and authorized.

Planned

ParentSquare

A future connection to help families surface school announcements and action items.

Planned

Gmail

A future opt-in connection for school-related messages—not general inbox monitoring.

Planned

Google Calendar

A future opt-in connection for relevant school dates, events, and planning.

Roadmap, not a claim of availability. Only the limited Google Classroom development preview is currently being evaluated. Other connections shown above are planned or in development and may change. AOrganizer is not endorsed by or affiliated with these platforms.

Student-first, parent-supportive

More clarity. Better check-ins. Less friction.

A shared, factual view of schoolwork can make conversations about progress more useful—without turning every conversation into a reminder.

For students

Start with one clear next step.

  • See assignments from every class in one place
  • Know what is due soon, submitted, returned, or missing
  • Break an overwhelming week into a manageable daily view
  • Track returned grades and recognize progress
  • Use a calm layout designed to reduce visual overload

Designed around secondary-school life and equally useful for college students balancing multiple courses.

For parents & caregivers

A dashboard for what families need to know.

See the week at a glance: what is due, what changed, which announcement matters, and what permission slip or school task needs action. The planned family view is designed for short, supportive check-ins—not surveillance.

  • Notice missing work before it piles up
  • Review returned grades in coursework context
  • Keep school events and family action items visible

AOrganizer Classroom is an organizational tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional support for ADHD or any other condition.

For teachers & student-support teams

Help students get back on track before they fall behind.

Bright, capable students can struggle when assignments are spread across classes, instructions are easy to lose, or missing work becomes hard to untangle. AOrganizer turns the same coursework information into clearer, more actionable conversations.

Support the plan—not more paperwork.

A consistent view of assignments, status, and returned grades can complement organizational and executive-function supports documented in a student’s 504 Plan or IEP.

AOrganizer does not create, administer, monitor, or guarantee compliance with a 504 Plan or IEP. Schools remain responsible for following each student’s formal plan and applicable requirements.

01

Make expectations visible

Give students a clearer view of upcoming, submitted, returned, and missing work across their classes.

02

Guide specific check-ins

Move from “Are you caught up?” to a concrete conversation about the next assignment or obstacle.

03

Recognize patterns earlier

Use assignment and grade context to notice where a student may need clarification, planning support, or encouragement.

04

Reinforce student ownership

Keep the student at the center with tools that support planning, self-advocacy, and steady progress.

Transparent by design

How connected data is used.

When an approved test user chooses to connect Google Classroom, the app requests only the permissions needed for the features they use. The current preview is limited to showing courses, coursework, due dates, submission status, and returned grades inside the organizer.

User-controlled access

Access begins only after the user signs in and grants consent. Users can revoke access from their Google Account at any time.

Purpose limited

Connected data is used only to provide the organization features described here—not for advertising, sale, or unrelated profiling.

Development access

This environment is currently available only to specifically approved test accounts while functionality is evaluated.

Planned Gmail or Google Calendar features would require separate, user-granted permissions and would use only relevant school messages or calendar information for the feature the user requests. They are not active in this preview.

Current status

A private development preview.

The application is under active development and is not open for general registration. Access is restricted to test users added by the developer in Google Cloud.
