Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the AOrganizer Classroom development preview. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Development preview

The application is an early-stage test service available only to approved users. Features may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Permitted use

You may use the application only for lawful testing and personal coursework organization. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse Google data, or use the application in a way that violates applicable law or Google’s terms.

Your Google account

You control whether to connect a Google account and which permissions to grant. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can revoke the application’s access through your Google Account settings.

Connection availability

The current private preview focuses on Google Classroom. References to Canvas, Aeries, ParentSquare, Gmail, or Google Calendar describe planned or in-development connections, not currently available functionality. Any future connection will depend on platform support, appropriate authorization, and the permissions granted by the user or school.

Intellectual property

The application and its original design and content are owned by the developer. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. This application is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google, Instructure, Aeries Software, ParentSquare, or other referenced platforms.

Termination

Access may be suspended or ended at any time during development, including for misuse, security concerns, or discontinuation of the preview.
